The new edition of the Training Manual CD-ROM contains fully updated and expanded modules,
including the following updates:
- The DataMap Module added 7 additional topics (26 in total) illustrating applicable data by state
- The Intro to Managed Care Training Manual Module has been extensively updated to reflect current statistics and trends.
- The Advanced Topics Seminar Module rotated out a number of white papers, added a number of new white papers and gained a net total of eight additional white papers (73 in total) covering 56 additional pages (320 total).
- The Managed Care Fact Sheets Module was updated in every slide
