She is responsible for oversight of the organization's admitting, outpatient scheduling, registration, insurance verification and authorization, referrals management, coordinated care, appeals management, compliant documentation management program, and the communication support departments.

Ilene Flocks is a senior consultant for Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting of Los Angeles. She has 16 years of experience in a wide range of revenue cycle functions at major hospitals and health systems, including charge master coordination, revenue auditing, APC coding and virtually all operational requirements associated with the billing process.
