and DOL Stay Busy Filling Gaps in HSA Rules. In this presentation, Mr. Gillihan
will provide an overview of IRS and DOL HSA guidance issued so far in 2004 and discuss the
impact that the recently issued IRS and DOL guidance has on HSAs and the wish list for
future guidance.
- Mr. Kronenberg will present:
What employers need to know about Health Savings Accounts. In this
presentation, Mr. Kronenberg will share his insight on the implications of HSAs
industry-wide and what this means to employers who are looking to implement a HSA into
their organization. He will address important topics such as: Who can offer HSAs? What is
the difference between HSAs, HRAs and FSAs? Can these accounts co-exist? Who is
implementing HSAs? How will HSAs expand the reach of consumer-driven health care?
