Managed Care On-Line™ introduces new Medical Director Forum combined with internet e-mail distribution features
Modesto, CA - Managed Care On-Line™ has just created an innovative private secured forum for medical directors of managed care organizations, which will work in combination with an internet e-mail distribution list to allow medical directors that don't subscribe to Managed Care On-Line™ to still participate for free in the discussions.
"We have been approached by quite a number of medical directors who are looking for a vehicle that screens participants to ensure only medical directors have access. We're pleased to not only provide the full functionality of our new Medical Directors Forum inside Managed Care On-Line™ for our Medical Director subscribers, but combine this with incoming and outgoing internet e-mail distribution as a free service for other non-subscribing Medical Directors" commented Clive Riddle, MCOL President. "There is a considerable amount of clinical and comparative discussion that managed care organization Medical Directors will benefit from using this service" Riddle added.
Claire Thayer, MCOL Director of Research and Development offered additional details: "Our Managed Care On-Line™ Medical Director subscribers will be given access to the new private Medical Directors forum, which provides sophisticated forum messaging capabilities. They will
also be given private access to the new internet e-mail medical director distribution list, which will include medical directors that don't subscribe to MCOL as well. Medical Directors not subscribing to MCOL can still register with us for free, and after we validate the registration, they can send e-mail inquiries to us that will be posted in the forum, they can receive responses from the forum, and can also be included in the e-mail distribution list for broadcast or private messaging. Furthermore, only Medical Directors will be given access to these facilities."
Managed Care Organization Medical Directors wishing to participate in the free service without subscribing should send an e-mail to: mdforum@mcol.mcareol.com and request free registration. They should indicate their full name, title, organization name, and phone number. Medical Directors can also contact MCOL for subscription information as well.
