MCOL has entered into a distribution agreement with the
Healthcare Division of Zurich-American Specialties to make
Managed Care On-Line available to Zurich-American Specialties
Healthcare Divisions' clients.
MCOL's Managed Care On-Line is a private on-line service offering
powerful Windows-based managed care information and communication
resources for those professionally interested in managed care.
The service can be accessed through the internet or directly via
modem. Many of the software features function even when users are
not connected on-line.
Under the agreement, Zurich-American Specialties will distribute
Managed Care On-Line demo diskettes and information to the
Healthcare Divisions' clients. Clients are also advised of the
special free thirty day trial offer Zurich-American Specialties
has arranged with MCOL.
