FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MCOL LAUNCHES ConferenceLand web site

MCOL’s new web community and e-commerce site receives hearty welcome from
professionals attending, planning, exhibiting or speaking at managed care,
e-health and other health care conferences

MODESTO, CA, November 15, 2000---- MCOLÔ  (mcol.com), the leading health care information technology company specializing in delivering business-to-business managed care knowledge resources, today  announced the launch of its ConferenceLand web site at www.conferenceland.com

According to MCOL President Clive Riddle, “ConferenceLand is a thoughtful, well-planned and unique, multi-faceted site that offers solutions for any professional involved with managed care, e-health or other related health care conferences. ConferenceLand provides the continual opportunity for those involved in any aspect of these conferences to connect with each other. The site provides dedicated sections for potential conference attendees, conference planners, exhibitors, speakers and vendors. In addition to the ConferenceLand web site, our new companion e-newsletter will keep ConferenceLand visitors up-to-date with upcoming conference information.”

ConferenceLand provides month-by-month calendars, plus a searchable database for upcoming conferences, with links to additional information on any conference. Conference planners can easily register on-line, free of charge, to directly post their conference information to the ConferenceLand database and calendars.

ConferenceLand tools include a Travel Center providing handy resources for conference related travel, a Knowledge Center with articles from recent conference presentations, plus MCOL managed care resources, and a conference planner Toolkit, provided in partnership with tradeshownews.com from Business Wire.

Conference planners can also use ConferenceLand for a wide variety of business purposes, including providing conference tapes and materials, offering internet discounts on selected conferences with excess capacity, issuing conference press releases or issuing calls for exhibitors, sponsors or speakers.

Others involved with conferences also can use ConferenceLand in a variety of ways. Speakers can add their names to the Speakers Bureau for Conference Planners to peruse, or check for speaking opportunities posted by Planners. Exhibitors can post a schedule of their upcoming conference appearances for attendees to see. Vendors can offer products and services to Conference Planners and Exhibitors.

Says Riddle “Given the increasingly tightening budgets for all involved in the managed care, e-health and other health care sectors, ConferenceLand provides a more cost-efficient means of connecting everyone involved in conferences, and assisting them in receiving maximum value.”
