Modesto, CA - Henry R. Loubet, a widely
recognized senior executive in the managed health care industry, has just joined the Board
of Directors for MCOL, the internet’s managed care knowledge resource company.

fortunate to draw upon Henry’s considerable experience, perspectives and contacts in

Henry Loubet has almost 20 years
executive experience in the health care and managed care industries. Most recently, he
served as Chief Executive Officer for United Healthcare’s Western Region, where he
provided leadership for operations of ten western states with 1.5 million health plan
members, 50,000 network providers and revenue of $700 million, and directed United’s
Hong Kong joint venture health plan with American International Group. Mr. Loubet
previously served as President of Foundation Health’s California Health Plan, and
Senior Vice President/Regional Executive HealthNet. Currently, Henry Loubet is Vice
Chairman of Drug Emporium.com, an internet pharmacy, health and wellness organization.
At United Healthcare, Mr. Loubet
served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Health Plans,
Integrated Healthcare Association, and as an Advisory Board Member to the California
Department of Corporations Health Care Services Division. Henry has also served on the
Board of Directors for U.S. Behavioral Health, the California Business Roundtable, Bay
Area Council and numerous non-profit organizations.
