MCOLÔ COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF HEALTHQUEST PUBLISHERS
MODESTO, CA, September 18, 2000--- MCOL, the leading health care information technology company specializing in delivering business-to-business managed care knowledge resources, completed its acquisition of the HealthQuest Publishers division from HealthQuest Solutions, Inc. MCOL’s intent to acquire HealthQuest Publishers had been previously announced. HealthQuest Publishers produces The National Managed Care Leadership Directory and Who’s Who in Managed Health Care.
