MCOLÔ ANNOUNCES INTENT TO ACQUIRE HEALTHQUEST
PUBLISHERS
MODESTO,
CA, May 25, 2000--- MCOL, the leading health care information technology
company specializing in delivering business-to-business managed care knowledge
resources, today announced an agreement to acquire the HealthQuest Publishers
division from HealthQuest Solutions Inc.
HealthQuest Publishers produces The National Managed Care Leadership
Directory and Who’s Who in Managed Health Care. Terms of the potential
acquisition were not disclosed by MCOL, a privately held company.
