MCOL Unveils Comprehensive
HIPAA Resource Tool

launched its new HIPAA Center and announced new content agreements with two of the nation’s
most respected HIPAA specialists: health care consultants Arthur Andersen and legal

MCOL’s HIPAA Center offers a rich library of legal, regulatory and technology resources in a centralized venue to help e-healthcare businesses ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and regulations. The agreement with Arthur Andersen will provide MCOL members with access to selected HIPAA resources available in Health Forum and Arthur Andersen’s KnowledgeSpaceÒ Healthcare Community, a comprehensive online resource center jointly developed by Arthur Andersen and Health Forum – a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association. The agreement with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP will provide MCOL members with access to the law firm’s e-Health Law Advisory Bulletins, which focus on e-health law, including HIPAA legal and compliance issues.
