Modesto, CA - MCOL is pleased to announce that it has entered into a publishing agreement with Dr. Stuart Silverstein, renowned speaker nationwide and professional comedian. Dr. Silverstein, well known for using humor in medicine, will provide a weekly Joke-of-the-Week and biweekly MedHumor Column for MCOL subscribers.
Dr. Stuart Silverstein is a practicing pediatrician and award winning comedian who has been featured on World News Tonight with Peter Jennings, in the New York Times, as well as on national and local television and radio shows. He sincerely believes that humor and medicine make for healthy outcomes. "I began to see the connection between humor and medicine, that both helped people.
